Tour Itinerary

Day 1- Arrive in Cochin

Arrive COCHIN and transfer to Hotel – rest of the day free to relax – At 6pm proceed for a sunset cruise in the backwaters -later visit the market in the city- return to hotel by late evening for Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2- Cochin-Munnar Hills

Afterbreakfast check out at 9am and proceed for the city tour - visit jewish Synagogue, Dutch palace ,St.Francis church and Chinese fishing nets - later in the evening drive to MUNNAR HILLS ( 5hrs) – Arrive and Check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3- Munnar-Mattuppetty dam-Echo point

Afterbreakfast at 9am MUNNAR sightseeing -visit Tea Museum for video presentation on the method of Tea process and early history of Munnar, Indo-Swiss farm , mattuppetty dam for speed boating , Echo point - return by evening to town for spices shopping and for LIVE performance of kerala martial Art form called KALARIPAYYATTU - Dinner and overnight in Munnar.

Day 4- Munnar to Alleppey

Afterbreakfast check out at 9am and drive to ALLEPPEY BACKWATERS (6hrs)- Enroute visit the spices plantation- Arrive and rest of the day free to relax and explore Alleppey Town and the market areas on foot - Dinner and overnight in Alleppey.

Day 5- Alleppey-Kovalam Beach

Afterbreakfast check out at 11 am and drive to the boat landing area to board the HOUSEBOAT for an amazing cruise through the backwaters while lunch will be served on board. After evening Tea and snacks check out at 4pm and drive to KOVALAM BEACH ( 4hrs) – arrive and check into a beautiful beach resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6- Traditional Kerala Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Massage

Rest and relax –This day one can experience the traditional Kerala Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Massage ( TO PAY ) at the resort.

Day 7- Kanyakumari-Padmanabhapuram palace- Vivekananda rock - Gandhi Museum

Afterbreakfast at 9am drive to Kanyakumari for a day tour – enroute visit Padmanabhapuram palace, Vivekananda rock and Gandhi Museum and return by late evening to resort- Dinner and overnight in Resort.

Day 8- Drive back to Trivandrum Airport

Afterbreakfast check out at 10am and drive to TRIVANDRUM AIRPORT to catch flight back home carrying fond memories of the tour.
